Ograde originates from 4 white wine varieties steeped for 15 days, it smells of candied fruits, honey, citrus, boasting an intense fragrance. Try it with bigoli in sauce, tagliolini with salmon, gilthead bream simmered in water, cacciucco and fried fish. Terrano is a craggy, astrictive refosco, rich in anthocyanins. It smells of red fruits, and is intense and persistent. It matches well with tasty soups, cold cuts, grilled pork, raw ham (from San Daniele or from Carso). Are these wine makers artists? It's up to you!
