The Charmat-Martinotti Method

The undisputed leader of this category is Prosecco. Its fermentation takes place in pressured tanks (Martinotti Method). This system was introduced for the first time by the Carpenè and Malvolti families and now represents Italian quality, something unique in the world. We selected the DOCG production, called “Valdobbiadene”, because this is the finest product from the hills. You can find a specific product from each district: Farra di Soligo, Valdobbiadene, San Pietro di Feletto, Bigolino di Valdobbiadene, Guia di Valdobbiadene ecc.
