In the world of wine, there are bottles that go beyond mere drinking pleasure—they are the result of visionary projects, made in tiny quantities with obsessive care at every stage. These wines are hard to find, available only through allocation, and always in high demand. Today, we’d like to introduce one such wine: Kurni, by Oasi degli Angeli.
Oasi degli Angeli: an extraordinary winery
Located in Cupra Marittima, in the Marche region, Oasi degli Angeli is more than a winery—it’s a true “oasis” where wine, agriculture, and spirituality come together. Founded by Marco Casolanetti and Eleonora Rossi, the estate works with deep respect for the environment and a near-mystical focus on quality.
This is where Kurni is born—a wine that has won over wine lovers across Europe with its intensity, elegance, and impressive aging potential.
Kurni is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, sourced from old vines with extremely low yields. The winemaking process is meticulous: long maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in new barriques—all to express the full concentration and depth of the grape.
The 2022 vintage, now available at our wine shop, shows a rich and enveloping profile: ripe red fruits, sweet spices, cocoa, liquorice, and exceptionally smooth tannins. It’s a powerful yet balanced wine, with great aging potential—though it’s already deeply moving today.
A bottle for collectors, enthusiasts, or anyone looking for something truly special.
