From the very beginning, one of the collaborations we believed in most was with Cantina Rauscedo. A reality that, for those who know Friuli, represents tradition, quality, and a vision always looking to the future.
Rauscedo: Cooperation, Territory, and Passion
Cantina Rauscedo was founded in 1951 as a wine cooperative in the heart of the Friuli Grave DOC, an area known for its gravelly, well-drained soils, perfect for fresh, elegant wines with personality. Here, over 300 vinegrower members work daily with care, respect for the environment, and a shared philosophy reflected in every bottle.
The Wines of Rauscedo: Friulian Identity in a Glass
In these five years, we have proudly selected and offered some of Cantina Rauscedo’s most representative labels:
Sparkling wines and Martinotti method spumanti have also been protagonists of many convivial moments at the enoteca.
Bulk Wines: Quality That Renews
In recent years, we have increasingly featured Cantina Rauscedo’s bulk wines, distinguished by their consistent quality and excellent value for money. Some vintages, in particular, have made a mark:
More recently, Chardonnay and Refosco have been winning over our customers for their immediacy and genuineness.
We are happy to have helped introduce Cantina Rauscedo’s wines to those living in the city who had not yet discovered the richness of this historic winery. Today, that bridge is more alive than ever: it passes through every bottle, every pour, every story.
Thanks to those who have walked with us in these five years. We continue and introduce two new labels for 2025: Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Nero.
